Yesterday LA rockers Corners and Dirt Dress dropped a sultry 7-inch split on Mono Records, and fortunately for us they’re heading to the Bay Area this weekend to celebrate. The dual release is comprised Corners’ surf rocky sixties-esque “Pressure” and the haunting, beatlessness of Dirt Dress track “Twelve Pictures.” It’s available immediately through Bandcamp as an MP3, and for fans who like something to hold you can snag the mint vinyl at their show merch bar this weekend. Corners have been playing on the West Coast scene for a couple of years now, bassist Robert told The B-Side in a video interview. Check it out here: Catch Corners and Dirt Dress this weekend at one of three Bay Area shows: Thursday 1/30 @ The Brick and Mortar w/ Dirt Dress, Tomorrows Tulips, Warm White, DJ Al Lover Friday 1/31 @ The Night Light w/ Massenger (Burger Records), Los Craters, Blood Sister, Dirt Dress Saturday 2/1 @ The Moco w/ Dirt Dress, Bicycle Day And sample their new songs below.
