Noah Cyrus, claim to fame holding a decent amount of genetic material to older sister Miley Cyrus, and Lil Xan, whose claim to fame is creating a smear campaign against all benzos in a similar way Taylor Swift indirectly did to New York City, ended things after only a month of blessing us with their relationship. Sad!
Even worse, it seems as if the rock solid relationship ended after Noah shared a meme of Charlie Puth’s face photoshopped onto a porn star, to which Lil Xan could only respond with “Why did you send that pic wtf.” But Xan (Diego to friends and ex-girlfriends) seems to insist that his cheating claims stem from not the unfortunate Charlie Puth meme, but from a picture Noah had posted a day before, with her arm leaning over the shoulder of Los Angeles DJ Ookay, a man whose claim to fame can now be something other than having a bad DJ name.
Xan, completely shook up by the entire situation, decided to cancel the video for “Live or Die,” the song he and Noah collaborated on, and also stated that “everyone hurts me.” Go Diego, go!
Noah, after posting “concerned and confused” on every one of her social media platforms, moved on to defend her relationship, and after her (brief) mourning period announced the title of her new EP, “The Good Cry,” a title she calls “appropriate…due to the circumstances.” She even released a promo video featuring sounds of her fake crying, an “appropriate” marketing move. Nice!
All we can do now is mourn the loss of such a perfect, long-lasting relationship, and hope that Charlie Puth doesn’t feel too bad for breaking this up!
