Happy St. Patty’s Day everyone! It’s Monday, which is not an optimal time to to get your bar hop on, but there are a great deal of weekday-friendly things you can do to celebrate, like copping those awaited shamrock shakes and, of course, all that Irish music you’ve been saving to complement your well-coordinated green swag.

Here are our staff picks for all things Irish, including a couple of drinking songs and other St. Patrick’s Day goodies.

Jo
U2 – “Ordinary Love”

Someone had to do it. These Irish rockers have stood the test of time, decade after decade. Their latest, “Ordinary Love,” won an Oscar at the beginning of the month for Best Original Song.

Shit Robot feat. Nancy Whang – “Do That Dance”

Marcus Lambkin, aka Shit Robot, is due to release his sophomore effort Tuesday on DFA Records. Look out for our review of We Got a Love this week.

Penelope
The Pogues – “Streams Of Whiskey”

Against Me! – “Pints of Guinness Make You Strong”

Audrey
Nun Attax – “White Cortina”

Irish post punx.

Blue In Heaven – “Just Another Day”

Irish indie goth/Cure-ish.

Atreyue
“Bono Yeah Loop”

Complete joke.

Flogging Molly – “Drunken Lullabies”

No joke.

Linda
My Bloody Valentine – “When You Sleep”

The Cranberries – “When You’re Gone”
